Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filter Belt
Stainless steel wire mesh filter belt is cut from wire cloth, the width ranges from 3mm-500mm, and the length is generally 30m. Hightop wire mesh filter belt is woven from corrosion-resistant 304 and 316 stainless steel wire. We can also provide higher grade alloy materials, such as 904L stainless wire, for special polymers with high corrosion potential. Wire mesh filter belt for extrusion is usually Dutch weave to ensure the tensile strength of the fabric. The edges are cut by plasma or laser to help prevent belt edge from abrading, and the edge friction after cutting helps to track the automatic screen changer.
